Apply for access and equipment qualification

Before using ACEDM equipment, complete the access application and the qualification assessment. Follow the latest center notice and the instructions provided by the equipment manager.

Step 1: Access application

Obtain your advisor's approval, then submit the completed paper form to the center administrator.

Step 2: Equipment qualification

Applicant submits the request → advisor approval → assessment arranged by the designated equipment manager → pass the assessment → submit the signed paper record → administrator enables booking-system access.
